We are confident that we can deliver on any type of web or software project. If we don't have the skills we are able to source the skills.

If we don't have the skills and can not procure them we will not take on a project we can't do just to gain the customer. Our aim is to establish long term relationships with all our clients, and will tell you upfront if we are unable to provide the service you require.

There might be some instances where we are too busy and would not be able to provide our services without affecting what we are currently working on. In this case we will inform you of the earliest we would be available giving your the choice of waiting or going with another service provider.

Quality Over Quick Fixes

We refuse to take short cuts when delivering an project. The quality of our work is more important to us than meeting a deadline. Not that we don't take deadlines seriously. We always strive to meet mutually agreed upon deadlines and will let you know if we are unable to meet a deadline and give clear reasons as to why.

When we do miss a deadline it is usually due to us not feeling comfortable that we will be delivering a quality project and feel that the time needs to be extended in order to wrap up the project. All our services are time based and when we do miss an agreed upon deadline due to us wanting an extension, the cost of the project will not be affected and we will carry the cost for any extensions.
